Alice & Bob, which builds cat-qubit quantum processors, is hiring a test and characterization engineer for the Nanofabrication Backend team within its Quantum Hardware department, on-site in Aubervilliers. The work covers the back end of chip manufacturing: room-temperature electrical testing, dicing, optical inspection and wirebonding chips into sample holders. The person also runs and troubleshoots the team's tools, improves processes for quality and lead time, and helps select, install and qualify new equipment. The role sits in a company prototyping its own chips in an in-house cleanroom.
