QuantWare is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its new Project Management Office in Delft. The role owns day-to-day program management for one or two chip-hardware development programs, covering schedules, baselines, gate reviews, cross-department handoffs and risk escalation. It also mentors junior program managers and helps roll out shared program practices. The posting asks for over six years’ experience, including four-plus managing complex research-intensive chip hardware projects, and a physics, electrical engineering, microwave/RF or semiconductor background; superconducting qubit or cryogenic experience is a plus.
