IonQ is hiring a Staff Scientist in Quantum Applications to work in a cross-functional team on end-to-end quantum algorithms and workflows for computational chemistry, optimization and machine learning. The person will define problems with customers and partners, benchmark solutions on trapped-ion systems, publish results, and support an initiative with the University of Chicago.
