IonQ seeks a staff cryptography engineer in Geneva for onsite work on post-quantum cryptography hardware acceleration for HSM and network-appliance products. The person will write reference and bit-accurate models, optimized software and test-vector tooling for ML-KEM, ML-DSA and SLH-DSA/LMS, including constant-time implementations and NIST ACVP/CAVP verification, and support RTL and firmware teams. The posting asks for a master’s degree or higher, at least five years in cryptographic or security-critical software in C/C++ or Rust, and English fluency; French or German is an advantage.
