QuantWare seeks a Software Manager to lead development of calibration software for superconducting quantum processors. The role owns the calibration software roadmap, sets engineering milestones, recruits and develops senior software engineers and quantum device specialists, and guides architecture including package structure and hardware abstraction layers. It also involves third-party technical integration. The posting asks for 5+ years of software leadership, production software delivery, Python expertise and cross-functional work with scientists; quantum hardware experience is a plus.
