Software engineer role in Control & Error Correction at Silicon Quantum Computing, building the realtime engine inside the quantum computer: the scheduler, NISQ pulse compiler, logical measurement and Pauli frame tracking, magic state distillation orchestration, and decoder path from FPGA monitoring to neural-network decoders. The Sydney-based, onsite work targets microsecond latency budgets with allocation-free, lock-free hot paths across FPGA cards and cryogenic hardware. Requires 4+ years systems software, Rust or C++ depth plus Python, and hard realtime and hardware-close experience.
