IQM is hiring a senior manager to build and run partnerships for the cryogenic hardware inside its quantum computers — dilution refrigerators, cabling, microwave components and cryogenic amplifiers, from vacuum feedthrough to mixing chamber. The role sits in the Technology Partnerships team and covers supplier evaluation, agreements with legal and procurement, supply-risk mapping, plus roughly a third of the time coordinating a hardware roadmap contribution to an international grant with European and Japanese partners. It asks for an MSc, three years in quantum hardware, cryogenics or microwave engineering, and frequent travel.
