IonQ is hiring a senior frontend engineer for its Quantum Security platform in Santa Clara. The role combines interface engineering and product design: building responsive, accessible UI components, turning network-security data such as topology maps and risk scores into usable views, prototyping in Figma, defining APIs with backend engineers, maintaining a design system, and mentoring junior engineers. The posting asks for 5+/8+ years in frontend or UI/UX engineering, strong JavaScript/TypeScript and React, data-heavy product experience, and WCAG knowledge. It offers a few remote days weekly and up to 15% travel.
