QuantWare seeks an RF Test Infrastructure Engineer for a highly autonomous, hands-on lab role in Delft. The person will run RF and DC test campaigns for VIO quantum devices, build and maintain room- and cryogenic-temperature measurement rigs, add automated switch matrices, improve high-throughput signal paths, trace failures, and document processes. The posting asks for a master’s in electrical engineering, applied physics or related field, 3+ years testing deep-tech hardware, VNA and SMU experience, high-density interconnect and RF link-budget knowledge, and Python data analysis. Dilution-refrigerator experience is a bonus.
