Qblox is hiring a (Senior) Release Manager in its PMO to own end-to-end release coordination for quantum control products spanning FPGA, embedded software, software packages, and documentation. The role sets readiness criteria, runs gate reviews, makes go/no-go calls, tracks hardware revisions, chairs readiness reviews, and maintains a release dashboard. It asks for multi-team release experience across hardware, firmware, and software, plus process enforcement and coaching without formal authority. Distinctive: release authority sits with this role, while department heads keep authority over people, technical choices, and resourcing.
