QuantWare seeks a hands-on technician to assemble quantum chips into packaging and PCBs, make electrical connections by wirebonding and soldering, run checks, and load packaged devices into cryogenic fridges for measurement. Work follows technical drawings and written procedures, with careful handling, ESD and 5S practices, and recording in production systems. The posting asks for MBO level 3–4 technical education or equivalent, four-plus years of mechanical, electrical or mechatronic assembly experience, technical English, and comfort in a maturing production environment. Priorities come from an Assembly Tech Lead.
