Bluefors seeks a Quality Coordinator for its Wiring Assembly unit in Helsinki. The person acts as process owner for Wiring Assembly quality documentation and work instructions, investigates non-conformities, coordinates corrective and preventive actions, supports root cause analysis, monitors quality indicators, and helps with ISO 9001/14001 audits and Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen and 5S work. The posting asks for a relevant degree or equivalent, manufacturing or quality assurance experience, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt knowledge, ERP and Microsoft Office familiarity, and fluent English. Cryogenics or precision manufacturing experience is an advantage.
