Quandela is hiring a manufacturing methods engineer in Massy to convert qualified semiconductor and photonic production processes into routings, work instructions, checklists and standard times. The role spans ERP/MES master data, shop-floor validation with operators, training, time studies, workstation and tooling design, production support and continuous improvement. Candidates need an industrial/manufacturing/mechanical/production engineering degree, at least six years in manufacturing methods or industrial engineering, and fluent French and English.
