Terra Quantum is hiring a Lead Enterprise UX Designer to lead UX across its enterprise software portfolio. Initial products identify cryptographic risk for security teams; later work covers warehouse optimisation and machine learning for predictive maintenance and forecasting. The job is hands-on: user interviews, usability studies, information architecture, prototypes, design critique and mentoring. It asks for 7+ years in UX or interaction design and evidence of designing complex, data-intensive enterprise software. A recurring question is when a new interface helps and when an integration fits better.
