Rigetti Computing keeps a standing application open for people who do not see a matching vacancy. The work is not defined: submissions go into a talent pool the recruiting team reviews, and applications stay on file for at least two years. Candidates are asked to be as specific as possible about their background so the company can match them to a suitable opening, and the posting notes that not every speculative applicant can be considered. It also states that 2026 internships are already filled.
