IQM is hiring a Team Leader, Advanced Packaging, in Espoo, Finland, on-site. The role leads a new backend and advanced packaging team within QPU Development Engineering, moving early concepts toward reproducible manufacturing processes for next-generation quantum processing units. The person coaches engineers, sets technical direction and cleanroom capacity priorities, and decides when processes transfer to production.
