Qblox is hiring a Software Architect to set the technical direction for its quantum control stack, spanning FPGA firmware, embedded software, compilers and Python interfaces. The role involves designing for growth from hundreds to thousands of qubits, resolving cross-layer performance and timing problems, and aligning hardware, firmware, software and product teams. Qblox asks for 10+ years of software engineering, embedded and FPGA knowledge, systems design for latency and determinism, and hands-on coding. A physics or quantum-computing background is optional.
