Rigetti Computing is hiring a senior technical program manager to coordinate the engineering work behind its superconducting quantum computers. The job involves planning and running large programs that combine hardware, systems engineering and software infrastructure, keeping research scientists, hardware engineers and control-systems specialists aligned so that combined hardware and software come together on schedule. Rigetti stresses that much of the work is research-driven and technically ambiguous, so it wants someone with strong technical judgement and execution discipline in a deep-tech setting.
