QuantWare, which makes superconducting quantum processors in Delft, is hiring a senior engineer to own its fabrication equipment. The job covers the full life of nanofabrication tools — lithography, plasma etch, deposition, wet processing, dicing, metrology — from specification and installation through qualification, maintenance and improvement, plus cleanroom build-out and supplier coordination. It asks for substantial hands-on experience with complex manufacturing equipment, high-vacuum systems such as PVD and CVD, and utility interfaces. Mentoring other engineers and writing standards is part of the role.
