QuEra Computing is hiring a Senior Quantum Engineer for its Laser Systems team in Boston, the group that builds and sustains the laser infrastructure behind its neutral-atom quantum processors. Depending on focus, the work covers laser platform R&D, integrating and commissioning optical systems into QPU platforms, or keeping production lasers stable through servo loop design, fiber alignment and root-cause analysis. It asks for a degree in optical engineering, physics or similar plus hands-on laser or opto-mechanical experience; nonlinear optics and AMO backgrounds are preferred. Base salary is $140,000–$211,000.
