Infleqtion is hiring a senior embedded systems engineer to build FPGA-based processing and control hardware for its atom-based quantum computing work. The role involves writing RTL in SpinalHDL, architecting processing chains with analytical models, and tuning and troubleshooting systems in the lab alongside physicists and electrical, software and opto-mechanical engineers. The posting asks for at least eight years of experience, HDL fluency in Verilog, System Verilog or VHDL, Linux and scripting skills, and modern software practice.
