Bluefors is hiring an R&D Engineering Manager in Helsinki to lead its Systems & Options engineering team, which turns research concepts into cryogenic measurement systems and dilution refrigerators for volume production. The job is mainly people leadership: setting goals, coaching mechanical and electrical engineers, hiring, performance management and resource planning, while improving productization processes.
