QuEra is hiring a quantum solutions scientist in Boston to work on near-term fault-tolerant neutral-atom hardware. The job is customer-facing technical delivery: scoping co-design projects, prototyping algorithms, estimating resources, designing fault-tolerant subroutines and QEC gadgets for high-rate codes, and presenting results at conferences. Candidates need a Ph.D. in physics, math, computer science or quantum information, knowledge of quantum error correction and Python, and strong communication. Industry-vertical expertise and prior commercial or postdoc experience are preferred.
