QuEra Computing is hiring a senior, individual-contributor Quantum Machine Builder to help assemble manufacturable neutral-atom quantum computers in Boston, entirely on site, five days a week. The work spans free-space optics, lasers, RF and UHV systems, holography, data acquisition and analysis, and CAD, done jointly with the company's science, hardware and software engineering teams. Applicants need a graduate degree (PhD preferred), three or more years of hands-on lab experience, and Python and Linux coding skills. Base salary is listed at $135,000–$185,000 plus equity.
