Quantinuum seeks a principal compiler engineer for its compiler team in Broomfield, Colorado, on a hybrid basis. The role is hands-on technical leadership: architecting, prototyping and evaluating compiler technologies, including scalable routing for trapped-ion architectures, compilation for fault-tolerant systems and architecture-aware optimization. The person will contribute code, set engineering standards, mentor colleagues and help shape the compiler roadmap alongside physicists, quantum error correction experts and other compiler engineers.
