IQM is hiring a Mechanical Engineer in Espoo, Finland, on-site, to design the mechanical hardware inside its quantum computers: frames, mounting, cable routing and cryogenic assemblies. The work runs from 3D modelling in Autodesk Inventor and Vault through production drawings, supplier collaboration and design release, alongside cryogenics, microwave and manufacturing specialists. The posting asks for a mechanical engineering degree or equivalent, at least two years of product design experience, CAD and PDM skills, and knowledge of DFM and structural analysis; cryogenic, vacuum or microwave experience is a plus.
