IQM is hiring a Head of Production to scale up quantum processor unit manufacturing at its Espoo site. The role owns the ramp-up plan, staffing and operating cadence for chip fabrication, micro packaging and materials supply, and leads a team of about 15 specialists, setting production control points, yield tracking and metrics alongside process engineering. The posting asks for a proven record of leading production ramp-ups, knowledge of microfabrication and packaging, and experience with MES and production data systems.
