Qblox is hiring a Hardware Operations Manager in Delft to oversee quality and operational reliability for its quantum control hardware. The role leads an operations quality organization, covering incoming inspection, repairs and RMA, root cause analysis, ISO-based quality systems, audits, and documentation. It also manages external EMS/ODM partners, assembly and integration testing, and global logistics and inventory.
