Riverlane's Engineering Graduate Scheme is a permanent role in Cambridge starting autumn 2027. For the first year, graduates rotate through engineering teams, building and testing software or hardware tools for quantum computing and quantum error correction. Applicants need a completed or expected 2026/2027 bachelor's or master's in a relevant subject, experience with at least one programming language, preferably C++ or Python, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. No quantum background is required; the scheme includes QEC learning and leads to an engineering or engineering research role.
