Infleqtion's UK engineering team is hiring an embedded systems engineer to build the control, acquisition, timing and communications systems behind its quantum RF sensors. The work centres on embedded Linux for Xilinx FPGA SoCs: Yocto or Buildroot images, device trees, kernel drivers, board bring-up, and Python-based test automation, written in C/C++ and Rust. The posting asks for hands-on FPGA SoC and hardware-interface experience and expects close work with physicists, electronics and software engineers. Up to two days a week at home is possible.
