IonQ is hiring an Electronics Engineering Manager to lead the electronics function in its Systems team in Oxford, on-site. The role is a player-coach position: about 60% leading a team of three electronics engineers and 40% hands-on design. The person owns the electronics roadmap for current and next-generation quantum systems, covering schematic capture, PCB layout, board and system test, and QPU architecture, and moves designs from prototype to rack-ready production.
