A six-month internship starting February 2027 at Alice & Bob in Paris, hybrid, reporting to the Scientific Computational Engineer. The intern investigates whether high-fidelity simulations, fast surrogate models and experimental data can be combined into a digital twin of the company's cat-qubit devices. Work covers data assimilation and multi-fidelity modelling, with a proof of concept on a use case chosen with the Simulation Engine team, plus input from teams producing experimental data. Deliverables are a validated prototype and building blocks for a future digital-twin framework.
