QuantWare seeks a Device Metrology Tool Development Lead for an R&D project on measurement methods and automated tools for rapid quantum-device screening. The role mixes project management with technical oversight: critical-path planning, system-level trade-offs, coordination across design, fabrication and measurement, and external partner contact. Requirements: 4+ years as a project lead, systems engineer, technical program manager or lead engineer in deep tech, a master’s or PhD in physics or engineering, and familiarity with chip characterization, RF/microwave engineering or cryogenics. Distinctive: guiding a metrology tool from concept to deployment.
