Qblox
Qblox builds quantum control electronics that operate and read out qubits in quantum computing systems.
Qblox was founded in 2018 and describes itself as a QuTech spin-off. It develops scalable, low-latency qubit control equipment for academic and industrial laboratories. Its modular Cluster control stack combines technologies for qubit control and readout across multiple qubit platforms. On June 20, 2024, Qblox announced a $26 million Series A funding round led by Quantonation and Invest-NL Deep Tech fund, with participation from QDNL participations and the European Innovation Council. On March 20, 2025, it announced the launch of North American operations through Qblox Inc., its Boston-based U.S. subsidiary. Qblox's press kit reports more than 200 customers across 25 countries, with headquarters in Delft, the Netherlands, and an office in Boston.
