Infleqtion, Inc.

Builds neutral-atom quantum computers, precision sensors, timing systems and quantum software.

Infleqtion says it was founded in 2007 as ColdQuanta, growing from ultracold-atom research associated with the University of Colorado Boulder and JILA. Its founder is physicist Dana Anderson; the company adopted the Infleqtion name in November 2022. The company develops neutral-atom quantum computers, including its Sqale system, alongside optical atomic clocks, RF and inertial sensors, and quantum software such as Superstaq. Its products span computing and sensing, using a shared neutral-atom technology platform. In 2022, Infleqtion acquired quantum software company Super.tech. In 2025, it announced a 12-logical-qubit demonstration and a Series C round; its Sqale system was installed at the U.K. National Quantum Computing Centre. Infleqtion began trading publicly on the NYSE as INFQ on February 17, 2026. Today, Infleqtion is a public quantum company developing and deploying neutral-atom systems across computing and sensing. Its 2025 annual filing described products in commercial deployment and a roadmap toward larger fault-tolerant quantum computers.
